Unordinary Good

Everyone should have enough.

Unordinary Good is the social enterprise heart of the firm. Surplus from our consulting goes into pro-bono and low-bono support for organisations doing important work they could not otherwise afford. We operate on the principle of enough: enough work to keep us going, and the rest reinvested where it is needed most. This is the part we exist to make possible.

We have specialist skills, our own platforms, and access to a lot of great people, ideas and innovations. It does not serve anyone to hoard them. Wherever we can do good, we do, and we are always open to hearing where we can be of service.

Philanthropy as a service

Use effort well

Good intentions go to waste when no one has the time, or no one knows where to start. So we make it simple. An organisation joins, tells us what it is good at and what it cares about, and we match it to a community group that needs exactly that.

The point is to use effort well. An accounting firm could spend a day walking dogs at the RSPCA, or it could give two days helping with end-of-financial-year reconciliation. One of those changes the year for a small charity.

We handle the rest, including social media packs both sides can share before, during and after, so the effort gets seen and the good keeps flowing.

How it works

Unordinary Good is a charitable organisation, so company contributions can be claimed. We take a small administrative fee to keep the standard high and the matches sound. And we stay public about what we do, because transparency is the point.
